Hi!
I saw a movie ' 3 idiots'. Don't worry I am not going to reveal the story. It has a message in it which I would like to share with you. A nice message about life. It is about mental pressure which a child carries to fulfill his or her parents' dreams. Think ! I mean I don't know that you are married or not , or you bear a child or not, but think. If you have a child or whenever you have one you will think of something about his future. I bet you will.
I would like to put forward something old but something new on this. In India we have caste system. We used to have 4 basic sects of masses namely : 1) Bramhins (is the class of educators, law makers, scholars and preachers of Dharma in Hinduism), 2) Kshatriya (warriors or protectors), 3) Vaishya (Traders, Merchants, Money lenders, etc) 4) Shudras (Labourers, craftsmen, potters, etc.). Now a days it has been put into awareness to not to discriminate by the caste system.
You might be thinking that why this topic over here. These 4 basic sects or as called as varnaswas on the basis of the work and profession. A groom belonging to particular sect or caste used to marry bride of the same caste. So their offspring who will unconditionally follow the profession to which he belongs. This might be due to the impressions which are made during their upbringing. Also might be due to one more reason- may be the genes that are carried from the parents influence the inclination towards profession.
Just imagine when an engineer marries a doctor what will their child follow.

Bottom of Sea
Hi !,
While reading all this, you must be thinking why I am writing all this. I mean what makes me think for all these stuff. What motivates me doing and thinking this. I might say, an incident in my life, inspiration from my father, or just to be a center of attraction. I would say it was as simple as to be myself. When I see around I find that there are few or almost none who is interested in being spiritual. When I said that, I thought ... for a moment. There are more than one ways to accomplish a task. I believe this statement, this makes me think once again about, 'When I see around I find that there are few or almost none who is interested in being spiritual'. Because everyone has his own way to lead. I strongly believe that, every person finds the way to eternity. It is as good as an example where you can visualise the bottom of sea when the water is still. Sometimes people like you and me face situations where our mind undergoes some extreme conditions. After this, most of the times mind is in great need of peace. Even when we sit calm, quiet and isolated, we gain something within inside-unexplainable. Here is when water gets still. This is a bit of what you have within you. This shows you the way to your destiny.
You are also spiritual in some way. You are leading a unique way of life. Finally you are destined to get eternity. No matter what you follow you will end up to get same fruit as everyone else.

I have been watching a television program on "NDTV Imagine" channel named "Pichle Janam Ka Raaz" (Mystery of previous birth). The program has introduced the common man with "Past Life Regression". Past life regression therapy evolved during 1950s. It includes an age old technique called hypnosis. I had searched about the topic and I found that this technique has been already mentioned in Patanjali Yoga. It is described as Prati-prasav which means anti-birth or reverse of birth. This literally describes the technique through which restoration of the doings and deeds is achieved before actual birth has taken place.
I had learned some of the things. It is very true that what you are in this life is a result of what you did in past life. I would like to add something more over here. How can a deed or doing can influence ones life ? Execution of any task can generate a feeling in you. The particular feeling will attract deeds, situations, people with similar feeling, which could enhance that particular feeling. Even if it is any life this law is always applicable. Hence, when you think that you done good about what you have done and if you feel very intensively positive and good things will surround you. Most of the people have many extreme conditions in life. These extreme conditions are attached to our mind in some or other ways. I shall mention here that extreme conditions can be positive or negative. Depending upon the intensity it can affect our conscious and sub-conscious mind.
Our soul is just like a hard disk of computer. It witnesses every part of our life. When our soul is affected with respect to the feelings it carries, it carries seeds of forthcoming doings, situations. These reap into a fruit of Karma or the doings. These doings or karma could result in this or any other life.
Think about it and let me know !

Why run !
People run behind some persons who promise them to render peace in return. I am talking about those religious gurus who actually make people to follow themselves just for the sake eternal peace. Just think once ! I am not intended to disrespect those men. My thought is very simple. None teaches a person to be self-reliant. You might think that i am atheist. But I am not. I believe in God. But I have a different perception. I feel that God is in every human being. I strongly disbelieve that it lies at any particular place or in a person. I follow and believe a simple law, that each and every human being and animals also for that matter, are composed of the matter which composes the universe. I know that I am connected even to you as you are also a part of same universe. I always avoid to use "I" because everything will exist even when I am not there. It's not that only I am not the first who is thinking about universe in this manner . Hence, I would never like to take credit about this law. People who portray and exhibit themselves as 'religious gurus who lead way to spirituality', actually show that they are the only ones who are capable of doing that. They might be guiding people in the right path but while doing that they make people miserable. Think for once, if you want a change in your life, why do you want someone else to break the ice for you. If its within that person it is surely will be within you too.
It's not wrong to be dependent, but be sure that you are actually dependent for the thing which does not exist in you. I just wanted you to understand that everything in universe exists in you too, it just needs to get motivated.

Suggestibility.
Hypnosis is very much based on 'suggestibility'. Suggestibility is nothing special. It is just a condition where a person readily accepts suggestions without any inhibition. Every person is suggestible at various extents. There is one more term called 'gullibility'. Gullibility also forms the base of hypnosis. In fact it is next stage of suggestibility. Suggestion is never in demanding nature. It could be authoritative. Gullibility can be simply be explained as accepting suggestions blindly. Gullibility is seen especially in children. It's like when I say to small child that there is scary ghost in dark. He will blindly follow it. He'll not only assume but will affirm that darkness is very scary. This is because of lack of reasoning. When you think about an action before actually doing it, you will try do it perfectly. When you do it without thinking, you have no option of performing it perfectly. I can make it simpler. I might say about an incidence which you might have experienced in your life or at least you must have witnessed. When a person is struck with electric shock the first thing he does is that he tries to get rid of it. This is called fight and flight mechanism, where an individual does not think about the response. It works by itself. It can also be called as a Reflex action. So the point is, it is not a planned action, but it saves one's life.
So suggestibility is a tool to create a hypnotic effect on people. Almost 95% of the human beings can be hypnotized easily.
Moral of the story is that suggestibility transforms into gullibility with the help of hypnosis.

Are you possessed !
Hi there,
today I am going to tell you something more interesting. it is regarding a line. A thin line. there is always a thin line between superstition and science.
Let me be straight. You must have seen or heard regarding spirits possessing people. In Hindu culture, in some parts of India there are people who get habitually possessed by not only spirits but also by GOD (different forms).
I don't about you. But things I've gained and believe is that it was never possession. That doesn't mean that people who claim to get possessed by entities always create a foul play. There is a science behind it. Don't worry it is not difficult to understand. When you end up reading this, you'll realise that you have understood a chapter of 'Parapsychology' that too effortlessly.
Everyone of us have 2 minds as I've mentioned in my previous blogs. Sub-conscious mind or some call it as subjective mind, works in a different than objective mind. both the minds very rarely communicate with each other. Objective or conscious mind is always confined to particular set of things. It does tasks, evaluate things, comes to a decision, plans before doing things, reasoning or whatever, but everything happens consciously and most important voluntarily.
What about subjective mind ? It is just like an open database. which means that data is always auto saved on it regardless you meant or not. In this case it is involuntary. this is because it does not exhibit itself, it doesn't prove its existence to other beings, contradictory to objective mind which always justify its presence.
So, after this lengthy theories, I'll straight away get to the point. Subjective mind has a capacity to go beyond time, place and space. In fact, it co-exist in every time, place and space. People who practice hypnosis carry the subjects to a phase of trance. Irrespective of the depth of trance, subject's subjective mind become reactive and communicates with the hypnotist. For the same subject where the hypnosis is practiced with regular frequency, the subject becomes accustomed to the process and readily enters into trance. Subjective mind, as good it communicates, it can reveal details of distant, past, future of people, situations or objects.
Some people are habitual to enter in trance without anyone to hypnotise. After they are released from trance they do not have any of the memory as in state of wake conscious takes over the role. Conscious have no idea about what happened during this state. Some witness tell the person that you were possessed by GOD or spirit. This becomes an assumption and if the person is a believer of these things then he / she readily accepts this. So what happens is that every time when he/she is in trance it will a possession by someone else, at least it is the perception of others and this makes the person to strongly believe.
So next time when you come across stories of possession, it is just that the person has a habit to get in trance easily and the sub-conscious mind can travel time, place and space and can communicate truth with the people.

Secret hidden in Gita !
Being religious I had read Bhagvad Gita many times. It teaches you a lot. Every time you read it, you learn new newer things. Well, I think there is something in gita which is always misinterpreted by most of people. The basic principle which it teaches you is do not expect about end result whatever is the karma. It really means that do not expect it to happen, but feel that it has happened. For example, do not work hard with an expectation to be rich, work hard and start feeling that you are already rich.
You must be thinking how can this be ! I can tell you one more example from Bhagvad Gita. In a situation where Arjuna was not ready to battle Kauravas, Lord Krishna showed him his Virat form. There is elaborate description of this form. But the thing which I would like to put light on is, the way in which it was described regarding two mouths in two different directions. From one direction all the people participating in fight, mainly Kauravas were entering in and from other mouth some exited. Lord Krishna says to Arjuna that why he is bothered about fighting as the opponents are already meeting death, you are mere a reason to it. Hence, do not bother and go ahead.
This indeed show us a secret way to success. It is always that a thing is done, when it is thought to begin. This is the way one will never be attracted to the end result of the karma. When we expect we always have a sense of possibility or probability. This hinders things to happen smoothly. So along with true determination, on must always bear a feeling of 'things already achieved '.
Virat form of Krishna is also a great example of hypnosis. However, here the mere suggestion of VIRAT ROOP (form) was enough. Due to hypnosis and the right way to lead Arjuna and Pandavas won the battle.

Attraction !
You have always been attracting people around you in some or other way. Most of the times it happens automatically. There is a theory, each one of us are composed of the matter which composes the whole of universe. The reason why I mention this here is when I say we attract people we also attract things living / non-living both, situations, circumstances, assets, money, relationships, anything and everything. This is because we are are made of same material that makes us part of this whole big family (Universe)!
Now the question is what do you attract? Is it the things you want or often the things you don't want. We always run behind things with a doubt that we might gain success in doing that. But most often we don't. Most often we don't believe in pulling things towards us, instead we run behind those. Which turns out to a vicious circle. We never win because we always doubt or have fear about losing. There we attract bad things in universe. We must think that we are and always will be part of the universe. All which is part of universe follow the law of attraction. Even you do. Fix situations by remaining positive and thinking positive. Experience it and tell others about it!
Now the question is what do you attract? Is it the things you want or often the things you don't want. We always run behind things with a doubt that we might gain success in doing that. Mind is BIG !
It is always being thought that someone is going to save us from this bad time. May be that God will be born again and free us all. A superhero will come for the change. But why always someone else ! Why not you ?
When a person prays to the god he thinks he will find solutions all his problems. Most of us think in the same way. That's the reason that solutions come to us, that means it works. What makes it work ? As it is said and believed that when you feel good, think good, good always comes to you.
God is the concept which is created by me, you and all of us. When each one of us think about one same thing in a good way it creates a big pool of good thoughts for that thing. Important is thinking good praying to god always create good vibrations. Whichever religion you belong to this seems to be true. The entity which we follow as our idol, we always think good about it. It doesn't benefit the idol but it definitely benefits the follower. Because his thoughts reflect kindness, respect, dedication and this all makes the one feel good. So when you deliver good, good comes to you.
All this is work of mind. Mind is BIG. Bigger and larger than even god. This size of mind is due to the power of thoughts, imagination and believe in the fact that 'nothing is impossible'.

The Secret further...
I think the biggest secret is within you. I am addressing not only to you but also to a human being. Don't consider yourselves as someone ordinary. Because you have something special and that is a MIND. We all are gifted by a unique mind. We not only think with it, we shape our lives with it.
Life works like a set-up. It is just like set of events which happen in a chronology. Set-up is always set by someone. That 'someone' is none but minds of people. Things around all of us are result of will-power of people around us.
When you are good, good comes to you. Question is who decides what is good and what is not. You decide it, we decide it.
Let us see this example: When a terrorist is born, he is completely possessed with his goals. He is made up in such a way that he is convinced that he is doing right thing. So he succeeds in what he does. For us he might be a bad person, but as it is said that when you are good, good comes to you and vice-versa. Until and unless he feels that he is wrong he will always do the right thing which he feels in his terms. But as soon as his feeling of good turns into a bad feeling he gets caught.
Think about it !

The Secret
I am reading this book called "The Secret". I have realized some of the things. I was aware of the law of attraction but not by its name or the concept. I would like to share with you the instances where the secret was in front of my eyes in a different form.
I had learned Reiki couple of years ago. It is based on the theory that universe is full of energy and we could be the channel this energy through us to utilise it for healing and also to make wishes come true. The process of healing and make things come true begins with the attitude and perspective towards the goal. The perspective which it demands is to "see the things are already done" for example, the healing is completed, or goal is accomplished. Also, it motivates a person to think always in a positive way.
After this I learnt Hypnosis. The basis of hypnosis lies in repeated strong and positive suggestions given to a person in trance. Even in hypnosis suggestions given are always positive and those are to be in form of 'Task accomplished', manner.
I truly believe that everyone is a magnet and everyone do attract like (similar) things in this universe. No doubt The Secret came to me.

Past Life Regression !
First of all do you really believe in re-incarnation. You believe it or not but studies have revealed many ailments of ones present life are in some manner linked with their past life. It is hard to explain how one can re-born itself. How ones life can be influenced by ones past life? But its true !
Past life regression therapy, as described here, is a therapeutic technique that uses similar strategies and commands to hypnotic age regression (following a time line backwards, talking to the regressed persona etc) but which also draws strongly from Jung's waking dream technique of active imagination and the embodied re-enactments of past events called by J.L Moreno, psychodrama (Woolger, 1996). As in hypnotic regression and psychodrama, the patient is guided back to and encouraged to relive traumatic scenes or unresolved conflicts from the past that have been previously inaccessible to consciousness, but which are thought to be influencing and distorting current mental and emotional stability. But instead of being regressed solely to the patient's childhood, a strong suggestion is also given to "go to the origin of the problem in a previous lifetime". In other words, the notional time-line is extended backwards to assume the soul's continuity with previous existences via what some have called the soul memory or "far memory". In many respects the rationale of past life therapy is similar to that of post traumatic stress therapies as well as to the cathartic or abreactive approach taken, but later abandoned by early psychoanalysis (Hermann, 1992).

8 x 10 Tasveer
Yesterday I saw this movie named 8 x 10 Tasveer by Nagesh Kuknoor. I liked the movie. I thinkit's a real good attempt of projecting ESP (Extra sensory perception). There are some people inthis world who are capable of looking into future or past of the different lives. It seems to beunexplainable that how this happens ?
Everyone's brain are designed to work in a unique way. For the same reason not everyone canbe any other one. This is because every person has a special design. ESP is unique. One candevelop it on its own but most of the times it's in born gift or otherwise it is activated due tosome major life incidence which could be physical or mental.
Hypnosis can make people travel back in the time. With the help of hypnosis one can get back intime in his/her own life. Also in case of some individuals they can go back in someone else life. This has nothing to do with ESP. It is how good you suggest your sub-con. mind to work.
