Try some self-hypnosis.

Try some self-hypnosis.
Stare and concentrate at the center of the spiral and say " My confidence level will increase from every moment starting from now"
People always categorise Ayurveda into an alternative medicine. The
discrimination is actually done by the so called main stream therapeutics.
but
that is not the truth. I may also add that Ayurved includes a
therapy
known as SATVAVAJAY CHIKITSA whereby SATVA stands for mind and AVAJAYA mean
to win. Ayurved has not much
literature on SATVAVAJAY CHIKITSA execpt for treatment with sacred
chants and through
specialised
treatment for mental retardation and other
cenrtal nervous
disorders.

I myself am interested in utilising
hypnotism as
a strategy of SATVAVAJAY CHIKITSA and taking Ayurved to
sky
limit.
