Why people lose or gain weight when they don't want to ?

Hi friends !

Today I would like to tell you something on previous lines. I will ask you a question. Do you feel that you are a healthy person ? Did you say no ? See I can read your mind. Here I don't want to tell you about telepathy. I ask one another question. Why do you think that you are unhealthy ?

I can still answer this. Yes, as I understand what you feel about yourself. Also, I definitely can assure that you would think in a different way after you read the following. I will tell you what I follow. I always believe in the fact that I am healthy and fit and will continue to be the same till the end of my life. For a second you might think that I am a crazy sort. But this crazy thought can change your life. What you usually do when you wake up in the morning with a headache ? You start believing that you will have a bad day and you actually ruin the day and your health by that thought. I would like you to feel good about what you have. Feel thankful to your parents, nature, universe for what you are right now. Feel grateful for what you are right now. Even if you see that you have a dark complexion, stop feeling inferior, start feeling that you are in a better position, if compared to some people who suffer from skin disorders.

If you find yourself obese and you are looking forward to follow a diet plan or exercise, I will have something to suggest you over here. Whenever you feel that you are overweight you feel bad about it. Which seems to be quite natural. Now first and foremost you must learn to avoid bad or negative thoughts. Just ignore about the bad feeling and start thinking that you are going to lose weight. Imagine and visualise body stature which you desire to be in. Feel as if you have already lost weight, a bulk of weight. Change your daily routine in a way that you start feeling that you have already lost weight. Automatically things surrounding you will shape you in the way you desire to. During this complete process you must not lose trust in this thought. You will automatically feel to eat the food you require to maintain you physique and you will have no feeling to eat a particular food which may add to your obesity.

What normally happens is that when one tries hard to lose weight, they put lots of restriction on themselves. This give rise to a feel bad factor. When you feel good about losing weight by imagining the perfect figure and feeling strongly that you have already lost weight, you actually flow your thoughts in the flow where you feel mentally and physically positive. This basic method can also be applied where you want to gain weight.

You must remember that you are sculpted in a unique way. When you look at your surroundings you can find many people who are in worse position than you are.

Just feel good and feel healthy you will find that you are healthy.
